OUR HISTORY Purple Monkey Design is a locally owned and operated design and fabric printing shop located in the heart of the Bywater in New Orleans, Louisiana. We started with two guys in an apartment bedroom in Baton Rouge just making tee shirts for friends and parties while we were finishing college. We graduated from a bedroom to an abandoned apartment building, then to a garage, and then hopped the pond to New Orleans where we are currently located. Since the days of coating screens in the house bath tub, we have worked with some great clients and friends who make us push the boundaries of what can be done with ink and fabric. |
